The volume of FRP integrated prefabricated pumping station is realized by calculating the effective volume, the hydrodynamic hydraulic model of the bottom pump pit, the application of new cylinder materials, and the integrated installation of internal pipe fittings including crushing grids. The volume of the prefabricated pumping station can be controlled to 1/3 or even smaller than that of the traditional concrete pumping station. As a result, the size of the prefabricated pump station is greatly reduced, civil construction costs are saved, and transportation and installation are convenient.
